We're in Oregon!! We've decided to do a little bit of a family vacation in between Brandon's semesters and we will be on the road as a family (including Bobo) for the next week and a half...the WORST mountainous drive EVER!! we had to take a picture to show we survived!!! It should be called Satan's Pass, geez...
the lava fields in Oregon Our Navigator and Co-pilot
I LOVE your pictures!!!!!! They are so funny and cute! Little Evie's tongue sticking out in the first one, your little navigator (aka: the inspector) and your comments about satan's pass all made me do the silent bounce they were so funny! Love it!
THings to keep in mind when you look at these pictures; 1.We have been on the road for more than 12 hours, 2.Hungry for anything that we cant find in the car, 3.Evie crying for miles and miles (oh and this was 36 miles of switch backs and roads a bus would never fit on, 4.Threats of vomitting and a major charlie horse in Brandon's leg from braking so much. In the end it was beautiful but like most things you dont notice the beauty of anything til after the fact.
wow you guys are so adventurous. I think I made it as far as the grocery store when M was a month old- I'm way too much of a control freak. I'm glad you were able to have your first family vacation.

the navigator is your version of Chewbacca. which makes you and B Han Solo and Princess Leia (sp?)
Oh, and the lava fields look like Mordor. So that also makes you Frodo and Sam...and Bobo is Gollum!
